The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Lisa Vanderpumps New Home

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have purchased a $10.2 million estate in Beverly Hills. Lisa’s new home is 8,801 sq. ft., has 5-bedrooms, 8-baths and boasts a two story library, a luxurious spa-like master suite, a chef’s kitchen, and a media room. It also features an outdoor living area including, water elements, large swimmers pool & exterior guest house.

 

 

Lisa and Ken have decided to downsize, selling their 17,000 sq. home for $19 million, a healthy profit for the home they purchased back in 2004 for $14 million. Lisa explained recently that "it’s just Ken and me and it’s really too big for two people". Honestly I don't know how they will squeeze into such close quarters.
