Mob Wives: Karen & Carla Share Ang's Final Moments

Karen and Carla were at Ang's bedside hours before she passed. They talk about her final moments, the woman she was, and how they found comfort in the way she was loved by millions. They say Ang wouldn't want people to grieve her passing, but to celebrate her life. 

In private moments, sharing our grief over the loss of Ang, a friend of mine posted this picture of Ang, saying it was her favorite. I had never seen it before, but it felt so perfect at the moment. To see Ang in this way, looking so free and happy, with her wings spread and ready to soar. It gave me a little peace and comfort.

Carla comes face-to-face with Love

Who knows what is going on this season? After seeing the Super Trailer for Season 6, it's anyone's guess. I didn't think bringing Love back was an option and yet from the snippets we have seen for the promo, there she is face to face with Carla at the Mermaid Parade in Brooklyn. This was back in June 2015. Did this little face-to-face encounter come about by chance or by production company design?

Last time we saw Love and Carla together was at the end of season three at Drita's party. This is straight out of the Season 3 Finale blog I wrote in April, 2013 to refresh your memory:

Love says she demands and expects respect and she will get it one way or another. Karen tells Love if she needs to talk to Carla, then just talk, no violence. Karen then tells Carla that Love wants to talk to her. Love is trying to stay calm. Ramona says Karen needs to be alert if Love is near Carla. The three of them, Love, Karen and Carla, go off to a corner to talk. Carla and Love sit down. Karen is right there, beside them. Love has her cell phone out. Carla wants to know why Karen is there. Love says she is there “to keep me from knocking your teeth down your throat.” Love jumps up and lunges at Carla and grabs her hair. There is complete confusion and chaos. A mob gathers trying to break up the fight. Carla trusts no one. Drita is upset her party turned into a zoo. Karen is upset and wants to talk to Carla. She feels bad because it looks like she set her up. Carla feels set up. Carla’s hand is bleeding and Ramona tries to get close enough to help. Carla wants everyone to leave her alone. Karen is mad at Love for not even hearing Carla out. Karen tells Drita what happened and says she was standing right there to prevent any attack, but Love hit her. Carla is riled up and Renee feels bad for her. She says Carla is alone in a pack of wolves.

Karen needs to find Love to see if she is okay and what triggered her so quick. Karen goes out to the car and tells Love it looks like she set Carla up. Karen said she gave her word there would be no violence. Karen can’t calm Love down. Karen feels Love was wrong for hitting Carla so quickly. Drita is pissed with Love, she wanted them to just talk and air out their differences. Carla tells them what Love said about Karen being there to stop them from fighting. Karen is upset that she gave her word and Love went against it. Both Drita and Karen know it all looks like a set up. Love tells Karen all the reasons she is mad and Karen understands, but doesn’t like that it all happened so fast. Karen tells Carla that she didn’t set her up. Carla says she is done with Love. Drita says it doesn’t look good on Love’s part, she waited for Big Ang and Drita to leave to attack Carla.

All of season three was leading up to this confrontation. Love heard that Carla was talking about her behind her back and had had enough.  So, how did these two manage to get past their differences to even be on the same set filming together for Season 6? One would think there had to be a sitdown of some kind to iron out their issues. That would make for a very interesting scene!  And just between you and me, a source recently told me that the two of them are on speaking terms today.

Can't wait to see how this situation develops in Season 6 between these two ladies. Do they make up and move on? What do you think?

Mob Wives: Season 6 Storyline Leaks?

I stumbled across this little Twitter conversation earlier today. I found it interesting. Looks like Drita and Lee went to dinner with Raquel and Joe Ferragamo recently and Drita is suggesting that she and Raquel go out alone next time. And then . . .  out of the blue . . . Carla chimes in to warn Raquel that Drita has said a few things that weren't so nice about her and Joe. I believe it. Carla hasn't always had the nicest things to say about her ex-husband Joe and his new wife either. But, what is most interesting, is Jennifer Graziano adding her two cents at the end implying this is the kind of drama that might come up in season 6.  Whether this might be a topic of conversation we don't know. But clearly Carla and Drita are not on "friendly" terms and who can blame Carla after how Drita sold her out and dumped her as a friend after season 3?

Meanwhile, there is a clear division between the new girls and the original girls. Brittany seems to be Drita's girl, even calls her her "teacher." They seem very close and I wonder how their friendship sits with the other girls?

I don't know what is going on with all the sexy poses, but Mob Wives is bringing it this season and no other "wives" show I've seen comes close to having such a hot cast.  Maybe eye candy to attract male viewers?  What do you think?

Mob Wives: Carla Facciolo, Wine and Laughs

Three of my favorite things are coming together this Saturday night: Wine, Jokes and Mob Wives! In case some of you missed the announcement, Carla Facciolo is going to be at Joker's Wild in New Haven Connecticut this Saturday, and she is bringing three of her wines for you to taste: Montepulciano Red, Trebbiano White, Prosecco Sparkling White. I'm sure you can get yourself an autographed bottle of wine to bring home! Carla will be there early to meet fans and have them sample her wine and then there will be a comedy show featuring Joe Narvaez. Tickets are still available if you are interested in attending. Tickets for the 7:30 PM Meet & Greet and show are $75 and general admission at 8:30 PM are $50. The club is located at 232 Wooster Street. This event is for adults 21 and older.

I'll be on vacation so unfortunately I can't attend. However, if you do go, see if Carla will give you any hints about season 6 and report back to us. Getting information this season is like pulling teeth! Have fun!

Karen likes to keep us guessing!

A few days ago Karen tweeted out this picture of her with Marissa and Carla. Marissa's pictures with the cast have all been with Karen, Renee or Carla, so that tells me something about Marissa. Marissa has also tweeted out some vague quote, "I am very cautious of people whose actions don't match their words," with these hashtags "#GoshDarnHypocrites" "#ICanSeeRightThroughYou." Now who does that remind you of on the show? In any case I did tweet Karen back and ask her if the three of them were up to any mischief. Karen tweets back a "wink." Oh well, I tried.

Is Karen referring to the magic of hair and makeup OR the magic of reality TV?  More hints about season 6! But Karen always makes time for family and here is a great picture of her with her beautiful daughter, Karina, and her handsome nephew, Nick! Great genes run in that family.

What is Carla up to this summer on and off the set? Well Mob Wives season 6 take up a big part of her time and looks like she has something to say that we want to hear!

When she isn't filming, Carla has been enjoying the sunshine and her two beautiful children this summer. Here she is at Hurricane Habor enjoying the sharks! 

How is the summer treating Marissa Jade? Well she went to a fight and ended up sitting in front of Paulie Walnuts from the Sopranos! What are the odds?

Tomorrow night we are in for a real treat! Big Ang and her husband will be on a episode of Wife Swap on ABC at 10 PM. I can't even begin to imagine her and George Hamilton's conversations. You'll want to tune in and see this one.

Mob Wives: Karen Says "Season 6 Best One Yet"

So what's been going on on Twitter the past few days?  I have been keeping tabs on the Mob Wives' Tweets and have a few little things to share. Drita has half of us blocked so maybe you missed this little tweet:

Karen and Jenn were out and about having a good time the past couple of days. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall for those conversations, especially after the first few drinks took effect! And who are these guys???

And what is especially interesting to me are the two new cast members/models, Marissa Jade and Brittany Fogarty. Jenn tweeted out their bikini clad sexy pictures the other day and something makes me think there is more to their business relationship than just Mob Wives. I did ask Jenn about that but of course there was no answer. She was probably busy.

And for fans looking to meet or connect with Mob Wives I have a couple of appearances you might be interested in. Renee will be hosting at the New You Beauty Bar in the Bronx on August 1st, 4 PM to 8 PM, so plan to be there!

Mob Wives: Season 6 Welcomes Back Carla!

Carla always loved summer and she can take the heat!

Last time we saw Carla she walked into a party hosted by Renee and Drita was tripping on her own feet, dripping with guilt, to get out of her company. Carla has not been on Mob Wives since season three ended, except for that grand entrance that will forever be one of the highlights of season 5. Her fans have been begging for her to return since she left, and after a "taste" of the Philly chicks, so was I. And our prayers have been answered, Carla is back for season 6! All the original girls are back and hopefully to stay.


Carla has been keeping busy taking care of her children and tending to and building her two business ventures, Carla Facciolo Soaps and Facciolo Wine & Prosecco. She seemed to take her departure from Mob Wives in stride and worked on keeping fit at the gym and making money. When we did recently see her on the show, she was insulted by Drita's rude exit and yet she kept it civil. Even in interviews after that scene, Carla seemed to be in the dark as to why Drita dropped her as a friend. When Drita said, "We aren't friends like that any more" and "Talking to Carla is like talking to a mothball," Carla seemed totally perplexed by it. So maybe she is returning to season 6 to get some long overdue answers? Answers about their "friendship" and answers about the pact Drita broke with her and the other ladies, Karen and Ramona. I'd can't wait to hear that myself.

As for Season 6, Carla has dropped little hints as to what may be going on behind the scenes. Hints like:

So let's all sit back, like Carla advises, and wait for the truth . . . the truth that Karen always stands behind . . the truth that Ramona says will rise to the top, like cream . . . the truth we are all waiting for in Season 6!

Mob Wives: Everyone Weighs In On Drita Tweet!

Drita seems to have made some serious waves with a tweet or two yesterday. I just posted a blog this morning about Drita's tweets and since then everybody has decided to weigh in on them! Carla Facciolo, ex-friend of Drita's and Jennifer Graziano, Executive Producer of the show, were both attacked on Twitter on Valentine's Day. No love lost there. Today, Carla, Jenn, Karen, Ramona, Mob Mistress, and a few others all decided to share their thoughts on Drita's total lack of loyalty and respect. Is Carla a sellout, as Drita says, or is it Drita? 

And then there's this . . .

Were four Mob Wives supposed to leave in season 4, 

but one backed out of the pact?

Sometimes the "after show" on Twitter is as exciting as the show! I think it's disgraceful that Drita should disrespect Jennifer Graziano, who gave her the opportunity on which to build her "empire." If not for Jenn, Drita would be still behind a counter selling makeup in some mall. Drita says that nothing happened between her and Carla, yet she says they aren't friends "like that" any more and talking to Carla is like talking to a mothball? Something is definitely not right on Drita's end. And who do you think was the "sellout?"  

Meanwhile, what does Drita have to say to all this? She's trying to change the subject by talking about "50 Shades of Grey" with her followers. I think, based on the latest circumstances, Drita knows all about "shade" and throwing it. I will let Drita have the last word. . .
