Mob Wives: Drita Breaking Code of Silence?

"Lady Boss" Drita is tweeting

Drita wasn't at the Hamptons with the other girls, but she has been sharing her thoughts on Twitter and maybe a little bit more? Drita has remained friends with Alicia since her departure after season four. And not long ago Drita tweeted something to Alicia which has us thinking that Alicia may be making an appearance or more on season 6. If this is true, I can see why season 6 may even top season 5 with Karen's comeback. Just check out this tweet

Alicia never said anything about returning to Mob Wives. In fact, if anything, Alicia has made it clear she isn't coming back. I suspect she doesn't want to have a sitdown with Karen over what she said in season four. But, maybe they made Alicia an offer she couldn't refuse?  Drita is either pulling our legs and Alicia isn't returning OR she just leaked a bombshell. Time will tell. Meanwhile, Alicia recently posted a picture of herself with Big Ang at LaScala Restaurant in Philly with a tweet:

"Reunited and it feels so good."
(for dinner or on the show?)

And then Drita gets a little personal about Jenn and her co-workers when asked a question about her being the target this season.

Hmmm, sounds like a recipe for drama!

And finally Karen's response:

I hope Drita spends more time on Twitter and drops a few more juicy details about season 6. One thing is clear, there is no love lost between Drita and Jenn or the original girls. Maybe Drita should move to Philly?

Mob Wives: Alicia DiMichele Returns To Season 5

Pension Money? or
Salary per episode?

You heard it here first! I have been speculating for weeks now that Alicia would be back in Season 5. I have been waiting for official confirmation from anyone that this is true. VH1 isn't leaking any information. Jennifer Graziano isn't talking. And even though we know everyone and their grandmother wants to see Karen Gravano confront Alicia, no one is giving us any satisfaction that it is going to happen in season 5.

Well, your favorite Mob Wives blog is on the case. Thanks goes to one of my followers, AngelaMaria, who tipped me off by telling me Alicia has a facebook page and is promoting Mob Wives. So what is a blogger to do? I had to go take a look and see if she was trying to help her "friend," Princess Funeral Home, or herself. I scroll down her page and sure enough there are plenty of posts on Mob Wives. I hit the drop arrow for comments to see what all the fuss is about. And voila! The answer is right there on her page. Right from the horse's mouth!

Here it is! But wait, I'll blow it up for you.

Not in the Main Cast? So she will be a guest?

You know what? I don't care what they call it. Main Cast. Guest. Bit Player. Whatever. Se is going to be in Season 5 and there is only one reason we need her there, to have a sit down with Karen! Karen's return plus that little sit down with Alicia, is going to guarantee us a Season 6. I'm telling you right now that that little confrontation will send ratings through the roof. So you better stay tuned and don't forget to check back here for updates and more "speculation" that ends up being true!

SHOUTOUT to @Angelfab68 for the tip!

UPDATE: A fan of Alicia's has alerted me that Alicia says the above account is a fake and she will NOT be on the show. In all fairness I will post the tweet.

So Alicia denies she will be appearing in Season 5. In any case I will continue to believe she will be on until the last episode of Season 5. I can't see VH1 or Jennifer Graziano passing up an opportunity to have a showdown between Alicia and Karen. I guess we'll see. As for Peter-James, keep on hoping, you never know!

Mob Wives: Season 5 Alicia DiMichele Returns?

Four years probation dried up those tears!

I speculated that Karen Gravano would return for season 5 months ago, and she did. Thank God too, because I don’t know if I could have watched or tolerated the SOUTH Philly duo for another season. But now I am questioning whether or not Alicia will return as well. I can’t wait for Jennifer Graziano to throw me a bone. All the mob wives are being very tight lipped about what is going on in filming. The 20 second teaser we were privileged to see gave us a glimpse of lots of drama, even Big Ang is throwing her fists into the ring. Hard as I tried to find Alicia in that teaser, I couldn’t. Does that mean she isn’t coming back, or did they make sure not to include her in that clip so VH1 could have another big, official reveal?

I am going way out on a limb here and say, in my opinion, Alicia will be back in season 5 of Mob Wives. Do I have any proof? No. Am I using logic and common sense? Yes. Could I be wrong? Of course. Do I care? No.

Last time we saw Alicia, she was crying over split milk. Her sentencing for embezzlement of pension funds was delayed over and over. The issue causing the delay was arriving at an agreement over her restitution of stolen pension funds. The defense wanted to pay $20,000, the truckers union wanted 3 million, and finally they agreed on $40,000. Yes, that’s right, I didn’t leave off any zeros. With that settled, the judge was free to sentence “poor, poor pitiful me” Alicia, for her crimes. But, Alicia was terrified of getting jail time. She had to present herself to be the dutiful, doting mother. That’s hard to do when you prance around half naked on a show called Mob Wives. So Alicia had to clean up her act fast. She resigned from Mob Wives to show the judge she was sincere about being a good mom. The judge seemed to buy it, because Alicia didn’t have to go to prison, just four years probation. Now what?

Alicia is free to do what she wants. Mob Wives had started filming. Karen Gravano was brought back. And I believe that someone approached Alicia and offered her a contract to return to Mob Wives too. I think Alicia was only too happy to sign on the dotted line. After all, nine thousand an episode is hard to turn down. Fifteen more minutes of fame is hard to say no to. But this time there is one little glitch. Returning to Mob Wives means facing Karen Gravano. Most of us remember how Alicia slammed Karen and her father in the first episode of season four. If we remember it, you can bet your boots that Karen remembers it. And I think Karen is going to have a few choice words to say to Alicia in season 5.

Here is a little tweet from Karen in mid October.
Who is "jumping back" on the coattails?

Alicia’s connection or tie or “history” to Mob Wives is slim at best. Her father in-law’s hit was tied to Sammy Gravano. She probably never met her father in-law, but this gave her an excuse to open a can of worms and ride in on Karen’s “coattails.” Karen used the word coattails a lot during season four. Of course, it was a piece of cake for Alicia to tell her family’s side of things when Karen wasn’t there to tell the whole story or defend herself. Now Karen is back. I think Alicia is back too. This storyline is too damn good to pass up. It’s a real beef and it needs to be settled. Do I think a genius like Jennifer Graziano is going to ignore this? I think not!  I'll let you on if I learn anything definitive. Meanwhile, what do you think?

And this most recent tweet!
Sounds like Alicia is back and forgot to bring her coat!

P.S. Karen responds to blog:

Mob Wives: Alicia DiMichele Finally Gets Sentenced!

Alicia tweeted her fans after sentencing

It sure as hell took long enough, but Alicia DiMichele finally got sentenced for her part in the embezzlement from the pension fund of employees in a trucking company she owned with her husband, Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo. Alicia agreed to make restitution of $40,000 (well below the 3 million the union was seeking), said she was sorry and embarassed for her role, and received four years probation. Maybe crime does pay?

Alicia resigned from Mob Wives while her sentencing was pending for fear that being on the show and glamorizing the mob life, would make her "look bad" when facing the judge and result in a harsher sentence. Now that she has made her peace with the justice system and is free to do as she pleases, will she return to the show, which has been filming and due to premiere in December (last I heard)? I think there is a good chance she will. So far they have filmed a garage sale that Big Ang had . . . excuse me if I dont jump for joy.

Meanwhile, I have always hoped that Karen Gravano would return to the show she played a large part in getting on the air. Unfortunately, I can't confirm anything, as both Jenn Graziano and Karen Gravano seem to live by the Omerta code of silence when asked questions. However, wouldn't it be great if Karen and Alicia returned for season five and Karen got the opportunity to address Alicia's comments about her and her father, Sammy? That's a beef that needs to be settled and it's a great storyline. I guess time will tell.

Mob Wives: Alicia DiMichele Resigns from Show

Exhibit A

News of Alicia’s resignation from VH1, and the show Mob Wives, is circulating on the internet. It is also being reported that she is taking back her guilty plea to the embezzlement charges from the trucking company she owned with her husband. This maybe because the restitution amount of $20,000 is being contested by the Teamsters Union, which calculates the amount should be  more than 2 million. There is supposed to be a hearing today, the outcome is yet to be reported.

If you would like to read the full story and all the details as it is being currently reported check out the New York Daily News and Radar Online (also includes court documents).

What do you think of this newest development? Who will be left in the cast? Oy Vey!

Mob Wives: Alicia's Love Bracelet A Christmas Gift?

The Cartier Love Bracelet
(prices starting around $5,000 without diamonds)

The talk on the web is Alicia is wearing a new bracelet these days, and by bracelet I don't mean handcuffs. The article appeared in celebritydirtylaundry.com a few days ago and sparked my interest and curiosity. I am usually too busy to pay attention to jewelry when watching the show, taking notes and tweeting. Come to think of it, "poor Alicia" seems to have tons of jewelry weighing her down (along with her legal troubles) in every episode, dangling from her wrists, neck and ears. If I wore as many bracelets as she does I couldn't lit my arm, but I digress.

Curiosity got the best of me so I took a fast look at the finale again, which I know was filmed after Christmas because both Renee's book party and Alicia's sentencing happened in January. Lo and behold, Alicia did appear to be wearing a bracelet that looks an awful lot like a Cartier Love Bracelet. The price tag for such a luxury item should be out of Alicia's own reach right now because, as she said on the show, all her nine bank accounts are frozen solid by the Feds. I suppose it is possible that Eddie gave it to her during their marriage, but considering she is divorcing him at the moment and blames him for her all her legal problems, I doubt she would wear a symbol of love from him right now. So that leaves me to draw one conclusion, the same conclusion reached in the original article (which has some other very juicy details in it)...that it was a gift from her Boo aka "long time family friend", Rob LaScala. By the way, she is wearing it on the same wrist that has the infamous "Eddie" tattoo on it.

"Eddie" tattoo

I took a few shots of her wrist adorned with said bracelet and, while it resembles the Cartier, I can't be 100% sure without seeing a close up myself. What do you think?

At Renee's Party

Talking to her brother about important papers

Just an inconclusive close up

Alicia On Wetpaint, Keeping It Real!

I am going to make it a point to take a good look at the bling during the REUNION SHOW, which will air this Thursday, February 27th at 10 PM EST on VH1. It will give me something to do while I listen to more of the same BS.

Mob Wives: Recap "New Blood," Ep 401

My Two Cents…mingled with a little recapping and "bridge selling".

Let me just start out by saying that I love Mob Wives and have watched the show from the very beginning. We even started this blog before the show even aired. I cannot help but be disappointed that Karen Gravano is not on this season. When season one was being promoted, the Gravano name was the only one I, and many other viewers, recognized. I am sure that is what pulled a large share of the audience and maybe sold the idea to the network. I never heard of Facciolo, D’Avanzo, or Anthony Graziano for that matter (which is a credit to him, having an allegedly high ranking position and staying out of the news.) However, who hasn’t heard of Sammy “The Bull” Gravano? Enough said. Now, if Karen had walked away from Mob Wives of her own accord, to pursue other projects, then I would have to accept it and move on and wish her well. But that is not the case and we haven’t gotten the whole story. I heard it was about money. That may have been a part of it, but money matters can always be negotiated. I heard it was about Alicia’s husband not wanting Karen on the show. Maybe there was a clause in Alicia’s contract stating she would not be in the cast if Karen was, and a decision had to be made. Who chooses a Philly mob wife over THE New York mob wife who made the show a success? Who chooses a Philly mob wife and then uses the mob history of the father of that New York mob wife without her being on the show to respond? We don’t have a full storyline, we have a new season that is out of line.  I should get to the show before I start rambling…

The “Old Blood” is doing just fine. Renee has her son, AJ, home again, her father is getting out of prison soon and her Mob Candy brand is all set to go. Big Ang is glad to be back from Miami, where she opened a Miami Monkey bar. Drita and Lee are still together and she seems happy.  And then we are introduced to the “New Blood,” when we find out that Renee’s friend, Alicia, and is having a “roaring twenties” party in Philadelphia, and she invited Renee. Naturally, Drita and Big Ang are also going. And Renee says Alicia’s husband, Edward “Tall Guy,” is one of her dearest friends who she has known all her life. This is Renee’s way of supporting Alicia during her husband’s arrest and sentencing because “when one of us is in trouble we protect each other.” Well according the news I have read, Edward has been allegedly locked up since 2010...so it took three years and a party to get the support rolling? Convenient timing for a party, don’t you think? And then Big Ang springs the news we already know, there is “Bad Blood” between the Garofalo family and the Gravano family. Ang and Drita are both glad Karen is in Arizona. But they forget to mention that the only reason she is in Arizona is that she isn’t on the show, not on vacation…I have to wonder where her support went? And it also turns out that Anthony Graziano and “Tall Guy” are in the same prison and they hang out like family. That paints a warm and cozy picture in my mind. Alicia “Wise Gal” Garofalo says, in her sweet, soft, innocent voice, that she pleaded guilty to embezzlement to avoid a trial…not because she is guilty, like the Feds want us to believe…and she is awaiting sentencing herself. Of course, the old blood defend Alicia by saying the Feds are only doing this to get Edward to “flip,” and, if you believe that, I have a bridge in Staten Island to sell you.

The old blood get back home after the party and they rave about how great it was, what a wonderful person poor Alicia is, how she is out on $50,000 bail, and all the suffering she is going through. About that suffering, I read an article not that long ago that said Alicia lied to a judge in order to get him to lift a travel ban on her. She said she was going to help her son move into the dorm at the University of West Virginia. But, somehow she took a detour and, this little lost kitten, ended up in Las Vegas tweeting pictures about the great time she was having instead. I wonder why they Feds didn’t believe she was innocent?

Now for a totally ridiculous scene…I had to replay it because I thought I was hearing things…Neil wants a son and Big Ang is considering it. Really? She is 53 years old. Maybe a surrogate? Big Ang is serious. Are you buying that? If you are, that bridge in Staten Island is still for sale. Now if Drita had said this, it might at least be credible.

Moving on, I am getting a little irritated. Renee is launching her new brand and invites Alicia, from Philly, to help her out. Is there no one else? Well, that’s one way to get her into New York City and more involved in the show. I am anxious to see how they work Natalie in. Maybe someone needs a funeral consultant? Oh I see, none of the models have “the look” Renee is looking for and guess what? Alicia has someone for her…you guessed it, Natalie! They bring Natalie in and dress her up for a photo shoot for Mob Candy. Renee decides Natalie is going to be the face of Mob Candy.  Later on Renee arranges a lunch, that she doesn’t show up to, so Natalie can meet Ang and Drita. Natalie, aka Princess Funeral Home, should not order or drink multiple cocktails at any time. Even Big Ang, who is used to drunks at her bar, gets fed up. Natalie slurs her words and eats off Ang’s plate. Ang and Drita are out of there. Finally, we get to Renee’s launch party for Mob Candy, where Alicia sees a different “Carla” (ugh) who used to date Eddie. (If you are married, beware of Carlas!) The models strut their stuff on the catwalk. Natalie does her walk and then falls off the catwalk on her way out…oy vey! Maybe Renee needs a new face for her line? Natalie is “on probation” with Ang, she is a “loose canon.” Ang has concerns about Renee hanging out with a drinking funeral home princess who she feels is unstable. Ang thinks Natalie should stay in f*ckin’ Philly. Drita isn’t thrilled with her either. Oh, did I mention I wasn’t impressed? The incomprehensible, garbled, conversation should have ended on the cutting room floors, not in our living rooms.

Oh Lord, Aleeya is being bullied in school! Drita tells Lee. He is pissed and thinks she should break the girl’s “f*ckin’ face.” Hello? Did anyone think about going to the school authorities?  I’m not sure I believe this either. Is it me or was Drita just a little too calm about her daughter being threatened? Once a girl pushed my daughter for no reason and I went ballistic, but that’s just me.

Alicia lies about Vegas but her instagram does not!

Can I just say I am already fed up with all the sympathy poor Alicia is getting from the Old Blood? If she committed a crime she should be doing the time. She plead guilty to taking people’s pension money. Money they need for their future and old age. Money they worked for. Then we see her living it up in Las Vegas on Twitter? Boo f*ckin’ hoo…I learned that from Mob Mistress, my mentor. So now Alicia is supposed to be visiting her husband, Eddie, in the Brooklyn prison and stops over to visit Ang, with Drita there. More sympathy, ugh. Hold up…Alicia says she was kept in the dark by Eddie about the embezzlement and she is “madly crazy in love with him.”  I still got that bridge if you are interested.

And now we get to the meat of this season. Alicia drops the “bomb” that Eddie was sad because the other day was the anniversary of his dad’s death. OPEN the DOOR for the Gravano name to be trashed. Big Ang says it was years ago, 23 to be exact. Drita, however, has to ask how it happened because she is clueless. I guess she really doesn’t read our blog? Drita asks, “Who killed him?” Alicia says “Sammy “The Bull” was responsible for that.” Drita is shocked…yeah right. I got three words: Bridge for Sale! Big Ang remembers the hit well. Now Alicia launches her attack on Karen and her father about the 19 murders Sammy committed or arranged, which he confessed to and wrote a book about. Then she says Karen shouldn’t be “bragging” everywhere that Sammy is her dad. Well guess what? I never heard Karen “brag”  or “prance around” or condone what her father did. I have heard Karen say she loves her father, she didn’t know the “mobster” side of him and doesn’t condone what he did. And as for what Karen wrote in “her” book, that’s Karen’s business. She wrote about her life, not her father’s. He has his own book “Underboss” and maybe Alicia should read that one. Big Ang makes the most sense. It’s NOT about Karen, it’s about the two men, Sammy and her father in law. It’s about John Gotti who ordered the hit. It’s about mob business…the men’s business…so why it is on Mob Wives? I don’t blame Alicia for not wanting to be in a room with Karen under any circumstances…enough said. However, having said that, why isn’t Karen getting the opportunity to present her side or address Alicia on national television? And why are they exploiting Gravano mob history?

Alicia thinks she needs to speak to Renee, after dissing Karen to Ang and Drita, because Karen is Renee’s friend. Good thinking. And now Alicia is going rehash the bashing. Wait...did she really say Karen “gloats” about the victims her father murdered? This is really unbelievable! Thank you Renee for saying you and Karen are friends and Karen did a lot for you. Where was Alicia when you needed support? Surely she knew what you were going through from watching Mob Wives and reading the papers? Plenty of Renee’s trials and tribulations were in the news. And yet Renee’s answer to Alicia makes sense, you do not visit the sins of the father on the child. Karen is not responsible for anything Sammy did in the past.

I am going to wrap this up with my final thoughts. How can there be any good reason why Karen is not in this season? Someone in our blog family, MobBaby, suggested we should count all the times “Karen’” “Sammy,” and “Gravano” are spoken in the show. I am not rewatching the show to do that, but since Karen is an “unseen character,” maybe she should be paid a nice amount for each time each of their names come out of a cast member’s mouth? Because, after all, without her name, what else do they have to talk about?

And next week the fighting and brawls begin…grab your popcorn and see if any of it makes sense.

Mob Wives: New Blood Video Season 4

Crumb Killer versus Princess Funeral Home
New blood, new blood, new blood, new blood, new blood and on and on and on and on.  Are we watching Dracula or a tampon commercial?

WE GET IT.  THERE ARE NEW MOB WIVES.

The VH1 gods were kind enough to give us a 30 second deeper look in the vintage Mob Wives and the new Mob Wives this upcoming season.

“Touch me!...”  Who know Natalie Guercio a.k.a. Princess Funeral Home was so kinky!  Click play to watch the video below:

Drita D’avanzo is the best thing about this video.  Love her or strongly dislike her, she said in true Drizilla fashion, “I know that violence is not the answer.  But, yes it is.”
Violence is the Answer

Big Ang’s look says it all.

It looks like Staten Island may not be feeling the new Philly ladies.  We all have to tune in season 4 of Mob Wives to see how all this unfolds.  December 5 is the night Mob Wives New Blood premieres.  I don’t know how I feel about this new Thursday night airing.  What’s your first impressions of the new Mob Wives?  We also have a new poll up so please vote!

Mob Wives: Why Isn’t Karen on Season 4?

Meanwhile Karen has a new hair extension line out called Tresses
CHECK OUT her website @ http://www.karengravano.tv/dev/?p=871

The question every fan would like the answer to…why isn’t Karen Gravano going to be on Season 4 of Mob Wives.  I have been patiently waiting and searching for some explanation from VH1 or even Jennifer Graziano, executive Producer and long time friend of Karen. No explanation has been forthcoming except that the show needed some “new blood” to keep it fresh. I don’t know why the “new blood” couldn’t mix with the “old blood,” but now maybe there is at least one reason.

The reason is “bad blood.” This bad blood is the result of past mob history involving Karen’s father, Sammy “the Bull” Gravano and Edward Garafalo, father in-law of “new blood” mob wife, Alicia DiMichele, from Philly. According to reports, Gambino family boss, John Gotti, allegedly ordered a hit on Edward Garafalo Sr. back in 1990 and it was carried out by underboss, Sammy Gravano. The mobster who has been charged with committing the hit, along with two other men, is Daniel Fama. Compounding the seriousness of the murder for authorities is the assertion that Edward Garafalo Sr. was an informant who was allegedly killed so he could not testify against the mob. Fama contends he was never aware that Garafalo was an informant.

Now, it is being reported that Sammy Gravano is prepared to testify on behalf of Fama, saying John Gotti ordered the hit on Garafalo for various reasons, none of which included Garafalo’s cooperation with authorities. Thanks to Sammy’s willingness to help, Fama is now out of prison on bail. This is surely not sitting well with Alicia’s husband, Edward “Tall Guy” Garafalo, Jr. who is currently sitting in a prison cell himself since 2010 for several of charges, including pension embezzlement. (Alicia is awaiting sentencing on similar charges.) I imagine “Tall Guy” would like Fama to be punished for killing his father and cannot be too happy that Sammy is intervening on his behalf.

This may be the reason that Alicia’s husband allegedly wanted her on Mob Wives, so that she could reveal information that might impact Fama’s trial. At the same time it appears, from what I heard Karen say in an interview last month, that “Tall Guy” had something to do with Karen’s not being on season four of Mob Wives. From what I read between the lines, Karen seems to feel that Garafalo would not let his wife be on the show if Karen was going to be back this season. Karen believes that the Garafalos want to tell a one-sided story to the public. Her absence from the show makes it impossible for Karen to refute anything Alicia says this season. It seems that Alicia’s storyline is so compelling to producers that the “powers that be” decided it was better for the show to have Alicia on rather than Karen. However, I think it would have been wiser and more fair to have them both, don't you?

So 23 year old mob history has now become current events. Old blood plus new blood equals bad blood. This is just a small sampling of tons of information currently on the internet, you just have to Google the names. Since Karen will not be an active part of the storyline this season, I will be taking a lot of what happens with a grain...no, a box of salt.

Mob Wives: Karen Gravano Speaks Out!

Karen addresses some issues the first ten minutes of video

The premiere episode of season four of Mob Wives is set to air in early December. The rumors that three wives have been dropped and a new Philly wife added has been pretty much confirmed. What we still don’t have is any legitimate explanation why. Carla is crying it’s about the money (money, money) and Ramona also says it about money and being lied to by the producers to stir up drama. Well now Karen is answering a few questions about it in a recent interview with This Is 50. You can hear it for yourself.

There is some indirect history or connection between Karen and new Philly Mob Wife, Alicia DiMichele Garafalo. Karen says Alicia’s whole story line is Karen. It seems that Karen’s father, Sammy Gravano, was responsible for the hit on Alicia’s father in law, Edward Garafalo, which is old news. But Karen says that his son, Edward “Tall Guy” Garafalo Jr., Alicia’s husband, wants to use his wife’s being on the show to help bolster the case against a man who was involved in his father’s murder by allegedly having her reveal information he hopes will reach jurors. Karen is pretty adamant in her interview. She feels the producers decided this would be a “good” story line for season four and she doesn’t agree it should be a one-sided story line.  It appears that this difference of opinion led to Karen’s being let go or quitting. Karen seems to feel that producers may have told Alicia that Karen wasn’t going to be on the show to get her to sign on. But, Karen adds, when she came back to do the show, the “dry snitch” Edward “Tall Guy,” who is currently in prison, allegedly didn’t want Karen on the show so he could get out his story on this 23 year old beef. And, although Karen will not be seen in season four, she says we will be hearing a lot about her because of this mob history. Karen is limited by contractual obligations not to reveal many facts that I’m sure she would love viewers to know. Karen has always operated from a position of truth and I’m sure it bothers her a great deal to have to withhold the truth or be faced with a lawsuit. In fact, she says as much in recent tweets.

I’ve heard Karen speak about how she was persuaded to join the cast of Mob Wives by her friend and Executive Producer, Jennifer Graziano. From what I’ve heard and read, I think it took quite a bit of convincing. Karen had to leave her daughter in Arizona to come back to New York to film the show. Karen had no idea what she would be facing on her return. Many in Staten Island, families of the victims of Sammy’s crimes, still harbored a great deal of  anger at Sammy and everyone in his family. They tried to block her book from being published and even tried claiming the profits from her best seller, Mob Daughter. It wasn’t an easy move on Karen’s part, she gave up a lot, but her lifelong childhood friend needed the Gravano name to help sell the series to a network and to insure viewers would tune in. She ultimately agreed. So when Karen says there would be no Mob Wives if she hadn’t joined the cast, I think it’s safe to say it’s the truth. Karen ends by saying the show shouldn’t even be called Mob Wives any more, it should be called Mob Stuff.

I guess we will see how season four gets along without three of the original wives and without the name that got viewers and the network interested in the first place.
