What does this post mean? Who is Helen?
It means that we discovered a "BLOGGER" who goes by the name "Helen" was stealing each and every one of our blogs and taking full credit for authorship without our permission. While she claims to have shut off the news feeds, she has not, as yet, removed our content from her site. So we just want everyone to know we do not appreciate it. It's plagiarism and theft.
This chick is a lowlife.
Who goes and copies someone else's work word for word?

Accusations are one thing, proof is another. I like to see things for myself. If this is true, we should know who it is. What website are you talking about.
