Mob Wives: Drita Does A French Montana Video

Well the French Montana video Everything's A Go is out.  Who is French Montana?  He's young man who started providing for his mother & brothers @ the ripe age of 17 years old.  He's signed with Bad Boy Records in 2011.

Someone thought it would be a great idea for Drita D'avanzo to star in the video.  Star is the right word for videos, no?  There is a bank robbery scene during the filming of Everything's A Go.   Drita plays one of the bank robbers.  It's not like she could call Lee D'avanzo for advice for her role.  She's made it very clear Lee isn't a bank robber.  He's a bank burglar. (Yes, I'm rolling my eyes.)  Here's the making of Everything's A Go video:

Everything's A Go is definitely a radio friendly single.  I can honestly write, "I wouldn't change the station if it came on the radio. I'd definitely groove to it too."  Drita's appearance didn't add anything to it per my tastes.  If I didn't know who she was I'd watch the video thinking, "Out of all the pretty girls, why'd they pick her?"  Then it would've most likely crossed my mind, "Maybe they wanted a hard looking chick."  I prefer the song over the video.  A little too much stripper action for my tastes in the finished video.  You can check out video in it's entirety by clicking here.  Mrs. D'avanzo's presence is sprinkled throughout the video.  If you are a fan, don't worry maybe you'll see a lot more of her in the remix version.  She seemed like a fish out of water to me.

I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter.  Don't forget to watch Mama's Boys of the Bronx tonight on TLC.  The show seems like it's going to be a hoot.

I have to say I wasn't completely impressed with the video. She really was just kind of sprinkled in so I think it cane off awkward. I think she has a bigger role in the remix video. Love her or hate her I think she's really taking advantage of what comes her way because at the end of the day she's a single mom who needs to take care of her kids. I admit I had my favorites during season 1 and beginning of season 2, but I soon realized that there are things I love and dislike about all of them and I have to remember we are only seeing sides of these women that the tv wants and allows. I think there is so much more to all of them. Props to her for her video, Karen's book and skinline and all other endeavors this women are offered. They are all in tough situations doing the best they can.

DRITA ISN'T REALLY ONE OF MY FAVORITES ON THE SHOW BUT AFTER SEEING HER IN THESE VIDEOS I'M STARTING TO FEEL SORRY FOR HER.
I TO WAS A SINGLE PARENT OF 3 WITH NO HELP FROM THE FATHER SO I GOT A GOOD JOB AND WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE FOR MY KIDS....MAYBE SHE SHOULD GET A FULL TIME JOB SO SHE DON'T HAVE TO DO RAP VIDEOS AND LOOK SO DUMB.

I respect Diddy and Rick Ross in their respective careers, however, Drita is really starting to urk me more than the beginning of the season. Its 1 thing to provide for ur children, I get it, I have 2 myself. But for her to judge others and talk so hateful then turn around and do this video is beyond hypocritical. Mocking her ex husband's lifestyle and crimes, promoting the crimes ? Also, she wants to be so classy- fighting, lying, and rapping along to this sucky song with women grinding a$$ on a pole? really Drita? Do people a favor and do not ever judge or talk about anyone else! O, where is ur cosmetics line we heard about all year? The one where u constantly say every WEEK its coming out next Thursday? an annoying!
